Soap no longer dispenses automatically.

When I put my hands underneath the dispenser no soap comes out. I have new batteries and I checked to make sure I turned the switch on.

Mine would not work with the Costco brand (Kirkland) batteries. The light indicator came on but the pump did not work. Once I replaced them with Durcell, the pump started working. I'm guessing Energizer brand would work just as good.

I had replaced my Energizer Batteries in this unit with Costco Brand. It did not work. Luckily, I found this comment. It is so true. Costco batteries DO NOT WORK in the Umbra Soap Dispenser. I went back to Energizer, and once again I am very happy with my Umbra. I do not understand why this is true. I was actually ready to toss this dispenser. So glad I did not.

Kohler soap dispenser leaks onto counter

Your dispenser nut is either not tightened down underneath or your plastic base/o-ring needs to be replaced. Turn off water at value. Using sink nut removal & installation tool that is available at any Lowe's or Home Depot. Remove it and look at what is wrong. Conntact Kohler for free parts to repair it. Reinstall dispenser .

Blinking light

The issue is the dispensing unit you have is a sanitizer dispenser, not a soap dispenser. The adapter collar on the bottle is the issue. Soap dispensers use a GRY collar, sannitizers use an LBL collar. There should be a sticker on the dispensing unit that says "LBL" or "GRY". Try removing the collar from a sanitizer bottle and place it on your soap bottle......should work fine. In short, make sure your letter code on the bottle mathces the letter code on the dispenser.

Our 2 soap dispensers have stopped working. They have new batteries in them and full soap refills. Help

You might try taking out the batteries and wiping the area dry. It may be that the batteries are not getting a dry connection. Also, make sure the batteries are replaced correctly. There is usually a diagram with the battery placement on the lid where the batteries are installed. Also, sometimes the soap dispenser can get clogged. In that case, make sure to take the batteries out and then run hot water thru the area where the soap comes out. Hope this helps out.

Won't dispense soap. Changed batteries twice,

Sometime the viscosity of the soap could be the culprit. If you had changed to a thicker soap sometimes those pumps can't handle it. Try a less viscous soap and lets see what happens. Good Luck PAL

I have a Simple Human 14 oz sensor Soap Dispenser

This is what I found in the Simplehuman FAQ's. I had to wait about 30 minutes for the light to stop blinking, but it seemed to work for me.

If the pump is unresponsive or the blue light is flashing, fresh batteries should resolve this issue. Please power off the pump completely. Once the pump is turned off, remove the old batteries. Please wait for the pump to reset (until the flashing light stops and preferably letting it rest overnight) before you install the new ones.

Indesit WIE147 leaking from soap dispenser

You could have a clog in the housing underneath the dispenser where the water flows through a hose into the tub.
Pull the dispenser drawer completely out.
There is a tab that needs to be depressed to release the drawer and remove it.
Check the opening at the bottom of the housing just inside the dispenser housing opening to see if a small sock or garment is clogging this opening.
Reach down into this opening to see if an item is inside the hose.
This is the normal issue that will cause water to leak out of the dispenser housing.

Wash the dispenser drawer thoroughly with warm water. Make sure that you pull off the siphon covers and wash all siphon holes. This process is described in your owner's manual. Replace the dispenser drawer and try the washer again.
