Go to the Lanier web site and download the manual. If you can't find them then contact them through the site and ask for help. See: http://www.lanier.com/downloads/Default.aspx?hbn=manuals
You can change the time setting by pressing "UserTools" the selecting "System Settings" and then selecting "Timer" settings. There you will find the time setting.
If you do not have a manual for your copier you can download it here: http://www.lanier.com/downloads/Default.aspx?hbn=manuals
I'm going by my own memory here, so you may have to fool around a bit, but this should help. Manual is hard to come by for this old beast.
"user tools" "fax" Scroll to "key op. settings" (i believe you have to press "yes" or 'Ok" immediately after selecting this to access this feature??) In there you should see settings for RTI/TTI. This is what you program for your Identifiers (use the 'quick dial' keys for entering text).
Go on line to Lanier.com, chose manuals. Then put your model in and that you want the users manual and down load it. Most of these kind of manuals are free to copy.
