I recently bought a used ipod 30g Model MA446LL. It arrived and had music and music videos on it which played fine. I restored the ipod and erased everything ( using itunes). Now it loads and plays music fine, but when I try to load videos it states that they cannot play on the ipod. But I also have a 120g and the same videos automatically loaded, and play. Any advice?
Go to http://www.handbrake.fr
use that to convert the videos into the correct format for that ipod and it should work
