When it first powers on, you can use the keypad on it to load factory defaults. That is the only way I have been able to get our router out of the endless reboot.

Sounds like the firmware is looping for some reason. Try this to reset defaults:
Step 1: Make sure the unit is powered off.

Step 2: Press and hold the reset button located on the back of the firewall. While continuing to hold the reset button, power on the firewall.

Step 3: Continue to hold the reset button for 30 seconds after the unit is powered on.

Step 4: Release the reset button and the firewall will be at factory default settings.

Hp printer 1600 all in one has

Hi there
You can try see if this may do it.

Go to Start / Run and type in "services.msc" without quotation marks, then press Enter or click OK.

In the window that opens (Services) look for "Print Spooler" on the right

Right-click "Print Spooler" and select "Properties".

Click on the "Recovery" tab and change all 3 drop-down boxes to "Restart The Service".

Make sure the 2 text boxes underneath say "1" in them.

Click Ok until you are back at the Services window, close it and you're good to go.

Go back into the properties of the "Print Spooler" tab and be sure to click Start to restart the Print Spooler service and it will restart the service immediately.

The Print spooler depends on the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service. Is this service disabled? Go to services.msc look for RPC. Check state: Automatic

Please come back and just gave a vote, it will gave me some satisfaction to know am helping some one so I will keep on helping.

I want to set factury default to my fair wall dlink dfl 210

With the unit on, locate the small reset switch on the back of the router. Insert the end of a paperclip into the reset switch and hold for 10 seconds. The router will restart itself and the WLAN light will stop blinking.  The router is now reset to factory defaults.

Remember The factory defaults username is admin, and there is no password.

Restart time and admin login

I would suggest making a few changes at a time, if you haven't already I would update to the latest firmware, 2.11.02. I don't remember having that problem when I initially set mine up but it has been awhile.
