How can I repair a leak from underneath the coin trap of my Dyson Washing Machine?

Hi there, it's Jack at Dyson.

I can recommend a couple of checks that should help. Firstly, it's important to make sure the coin trap window is correctly rotated into position (one and a half turns clockwise) ensuring the childproof tab clicks into place. Check the plug is also pushed fully back into place: http://www.dyson.co.uk/support/cr01/cro1-flowcheck-white/maintaining-your-dyson-machine/check-the-coin-trap-step-1

It's also a good idea to check the seal within the coin trap is correctly in position, and hasn't been damaged in any way.

Unfortunately if the coin trap or surrounding components have been damaged, we've been unable to provide spares or servicing for CR01 or CR02 washing machines since December 2012. If you'd like to discuss this with the Dyson UK Customer Helpline, you're welcome to call us on 0800 298 0298.

What does error code f14 mean on a zanussi bwm129

I believe that is a indicator of flooding of the machine. I also believe if you remove the bottom front panel you will find a sheet of paper with fault codes. While the front panel is removed, unscrew the cover on the water pump filter, check for restiction.Have a shallow pan to catch water and towels to absorb water that will be present
