Hi. Bought a new Bunn NHBX coffee maker from a liquidator and there is no manual. What are the directions for setting up this particular coffee maker in order to start brewing? It's different from our old home Bunn coffee maker. Thanks.
Before plugging in place your empty filter basket in the coffee maker and place a pot under it. Slowly pour in two pots of water using the pour pitcher. Now you can plug it in. it'll take 15 min to heat up first time . when you brew your first pot leave your water level a little short,because the water will expand (only the first time)
Leave the unit unplugged and add a carafe of water to the top reservoir.
Close the lid.
Wait a bit to make sure the water has drained into the tank.
Add another carafe of water to the top reservoir.
Place carafe on warmer plate.
Close the lid.
When water stops going into the carafe, you may plug the machine in and make sure the "travel switch" is in the ON position. ON = |, OFF = O.
Wait at least 15 minutes for the water in the tank to heat up, and brew as you normally would for other BUNN coffee makers.
