Polaroid tv code for remote control - Polaroid 1720-7 Remote Control

I also have a Polaroid.  I used my Direct TV remote and went under Mitsubishi and searched codes.  I channeled up until my TV powered off.  I then hit the Select button.  Then I tried to power the TV on with the Direct TV remote and it worked.  So, maybe it will work for everyone's.   Good luck.

Here is the link to Polaroids phone support page. I suggest that everyone call Polaroid and complain about this issue since many people are having this same problem, and Polaroid's answer to me was maybe we will have some codes for our new TV's by Jan of next year.

I got the 42" Polaroid HDTV from Walmart (on Black Friday) and was able to link it to my Tivo remote using the Mitsubishi setting and code 0001.
1. Tivo Central 2. Settings
3. Remote Control 4. Part 1 and then Part 3
I use it to Power On/Off and Volume control.
