Hi dear
first of all check whether the sim you r inserting is ok or not.....if ok then there must be a problem with sim ic or sim connectors....clean the sim connectors.....if the problem persists then check sim ic and make the jumpers
ITS INSERT SIMS PROUBLEM FIRST CHANGE YOUR SIM CHEK CONNECTION PACKING CHECK SIM SOCKET RESOLD IT THEN SIM ICS PROUBLEM HIT SIM IC CHANGE SIM IC JUMPER SIM IC OR CHANGE IC
Before you do anything with it, please clean the sim card and sim card connector on the handset. Even a small rust/dust can create this problem.
If it doesn't help, you need to check the Sim card on another Handset. In most cases, this is damaged sim connector, and will be necessary to replace or re-soldered/refreshed. Sometimes even sim IC is the culprit which you need to replace or play jumper tricks. I would suggest you to get it done from a service center or from a nokia mobile repairing center.
This problem is called the 'insert sim' problem, there are several possibilities but first of all clean the sim card and the sim card interface on your phone. Next try it with another sim card. If this doesn't solve the problem, you need to go to the mobile repairing shop to get it serviced, or if you have idea in repairing mobile you can refer to this site on how to do jumper tips and tricks for this problem..http://sephonetechnology.blogspot.com/2009/08/nokia-n70-sim-ic-jumper.html Good luck.. and please...-:)
Hi have a repair shop, and you know it’s a very common problem on this model.90% of the cases I found liquid damage in the phone damaging the Sim Ic, it’s a little square one near your sim reader, you can also clean around that with a soft tooth brush and mentholated sprits.Don’t fiddle with your sin contact/ reader if no damage visible to the eye.
