My lenovo computer is working very slow. how can we make it quick and fast.
Make routine disk cleanup for any junk or unused files, keep free spaces on drive C: as possible, defragment it regularly, after all try this :
click start menu and choose run option, type msconfig.exe in the text box and press enter, system configuration utility windows appear, from there click to startup tab, and uncheck all the check boxes other than systray files.
If your computer running slow, there have some causes, which are: microsoft registry problems that can make your computer slow, adware/spyware, RAM, de-fragmenting and etc.. I recommend you to use CCleaner to clean up (fix) all the errors have found in your computer in one single click. it is a freeware so you can easily download it and another is i recommend you to use Advance Window Care Free/Pro latest version (version 3.3.1), which it fix the errors found in your computer and turn to get back normal. It also includes Disk Cleaner which cleans up junk files/unneeded files(include temp files) and recover free spaces (disk space), Registry Defragment and Smart RAM (monitor your memory usage and frees up) You should defragment your registry regularly and optimize your memory usage (RAM) to improve your computer performance better. Hope it was helpful! Please kindly support me.. Thank You!

That's all you can do to physically speed up your laptop, with adding hardware parts. Unless of course, you already have these installed.
There are other things you can do, that will bring your laptop back to where it was, when it came from the factory.
1.Go to Start>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs, and remove the ones you aren't using. Just the ones you may have installed, or downloaded. Not the ones that came with the laptop.
2.I suggest downloading CCleaner, (CCleaner, Not CCCleaner) It's a registry cleaner, and will greatly speed things up. It's also Free! But, just because it's free, don't ley this fool you. IT WORKS!
After you download and install it, Do NOT change any of the default settings! It will be set just right, when you download it. There are Advanced settings that you will have access to, Do Not touch these.
What it does.
When you go to a website, cookies are put on your computer, (harddrive). Also Temporary Internet Files. Also, there are fragmented files that are left behind, and Windows defragment, (Start>Control Panel>Performance and Maintenance>Rearrange Items on Your Harddisk to Make Programs Run Faster), will not delete as well as CCleaner. Neither will -> Free Up Space on Your Harddisk.
These fragmented files are taking up space on your harddrive, and preventing Windows from finding the files it needs, as fast as it could access them.
3.Go to Start>Hover on All Programs>and look in -> Startup. This is your Start Menu. The more programs that are in there, the slower your computer will be. There may be programs that you can disable from Start Up. You are not deleting them, just turning them off from automatically starting, when Windows does. This way you can manually start them, when you click on that program. When you go to use the program, it starts anyway.
