No network coverage) i cant call or text out and receive calls or text but everything else works. i need the addresses and what what to do to mail my phone in to have looked at.
I would first try removing the sim card and placing it back in the phone. Open the battery cover, remove the battery, remove the sim card, rub it with a clean cloth on the metallic areas, replace the sim card, replace the battery, replace the cover.
Turn phone back on.
If that doesnt fix it, where did you get the phone? If its through t-mobile or something, contact them. If you bought it online, try sonyericsson's website

luckily it still works... usually you have a hardware problem... but you say sometimes you have a coverage and suddenly drops... you still have a chance to let your phone your to normal... just visit a service center have have your phone reheat or resolder its parts inside...
