My tablet wont reset

I've tried factory reset its stuck on android screen

Restart handset with Press vol. - or + button with power button you see android menu here you select wipe all user data and press ok with menu button.

Tablet is stuck on the screen that says android

You may have to reset the tablet to factory settings. This may be the only way. It will wipe all the data on it.
To factory reset:
1. Press and hold power plus volume up until an android menu appear 2. Use the volume keys to navigate and option key or power to select. 3. look for factory reset and wipe data 5. restart the device and it should be back to factory settings.

Tmax 9 tablet stuck on boot screen

  1. Shut off tablet
  2. press the volume minus button and the power button @ start up
  3. tmax logo shows up and then a android menu
  4. factory reset
  5. Once complete, reboot
  6. wait 4-5minute... tablet works again
