After a power cut in our area my camberley double oven clock continuously flashing in the auto mode how can i stop it flashing and get my cooker working again.

First I would say to unplug it wait a couple seconds and plug it back in case it got a power surge from the power going . Then reset the clock! Right now it's set in a power saving mode until you do the steps above!

My zanussi cooker isn't working after a power cut...even the timer/clock isn't flashing to reset wht can I do

Claire. Have you checked the cooker supply switch? (Usually on the wall near the cooker) If it has a neon light is this on? If not or no neon check the circuit fuse/mcb in the fuseboard. Allan Pointer.

Bypass a faulty timer unit on a stoves 720ef cooker. . . . My partner tried this today on my cooker and now there is no power to the cooker at all!! Is there a chance he's managed to do the wr

I would suggest the wrong wires were cut off and joined. If the ground wire touches the power wire a fuse or circuit breaker will blow.. Before you do anything more make sure the curcuit breaker is not blown. If it is reset it and turn the cooker back on. If the breaker blows again then it is wired wrong.

I have a stoves 720ef anf for no obvious reason the clock resets to 23.59 and the oven turns off, can you suggest anything

You obviously have a power loss somewhere. The oven will not work unless a time is set on the clock. I would suggest you have problem with the feed to the cooker which an electician should be able to check it out. If anything else is wrong on the cooker, it shouldn't reset the clock.

Cooker clock requires resetting

You need to press 2 or more of the timer/clock buttons in seqeunce to cancel the auto setting.
The sequence of buttons varies according to the make of cooker, so just keep pressing the buttons until you hit the correct sequence.
Hope this helps.

Cant set cooker clock so cant use oven as a result

You will probably have to replace the cooker clock. Do any of the other parts work? This fortunately is not that expensive and you were blessed not to have more damage than this.
