Try to find a new board. Trust me, you are not going to fix it - there is a reason the traces and board are showing burn marks. Either scrap it or just buy another one. If you toss it cut the power cord off next to the chassis.

Can you provide a model number of your TV to find a service manual and hopefully It will have the schematics for this power supply?

did you check the fuse box, are you getting power at the outlet, is there enough power to run the dishwasher.
sometime there is a switch for safety reasons, that switch mite of been the issue all that time, you will need layouts and schematics

it sounds like a blown capacitor in the unit somewhere.
here are some tools you are going to have to have: ohm meter,oscilloscope, signal generator, soldering equipment,
grounding equipment, diagrams, schematics, test points, layout of circuits,

the vertical stabilizer module circuit burned out.
without schematics ohms meter, oscilloscope, soldering tools,
proper grounds, layout configuration of the circuits configuration, signal generator, you have big project, take it to a professional or repair shop.

You have not included necessary info such as brand and model.

You will also never get a 'schematic' for any mother board, only a board layout and specifications since a true schematic would cover an average wall.

If you are looking for a technical wiring schematic layout on ANY motherboard you aren't going to find it. Those are patented and not released by manufacturers. If you want only the layout of the motherboard, go to the manufacturers website and use their Support section to find yours. OR your computer manufacturer's website may have the manual for your model and that will have a layout diagram.

I do not have the schematic, but have a testing / troubleshooting guide for the 60PC1D 1st and 2nd generation, which gives some good insight in organization and functionality of the power boards.

This is what we ourselves step on when repairing - LG often does not publish schematics for power boards and sustain boards.
