On the screen with the Android, press the power and both volume buttons all together in quick intervals until a new screen pops up. Use the volume keys to select Data Wipes/Factory Reset, then do the same for yes, then restart the tablet

Yes, it is also the one of issue. sometime after exceeding bad login attempt, android will ask for google account to access your phone. we can do it without having any google account. to do so,

Turn the phone off.
Press and hold VOLUME UP and Home(center) button
Press Power until the phone vibrate
Wait until you see the Android logo then release all the buttons.
Select Wipe data/Factory reset with VOLUME DOWN, press Power (right hand-side)
Select YES -- delete all user data with VOLUME DOWN and then press Power
After format, press Power again to reboot phone. (select reboot system now)

As you're going through the options don't do the factory data reset, look for wipe cache partition then follow the instructions to reboot.
