Hello, I have a Bosch Maxx 7 VarioPerfect washing machine. The water is draining successfully but a day or so afterwards, clean water is returning to the drum. About an inch a day. It's clean so doesn't seem to be the water I'm running down the sink - wondering if it's a faulty valve that's letting water back in. Anyone got any ideas what it might be? Have arranged an engineer visit but they will charge me if it's not a manufacturing fault - how do I know if it's a manufacturing fault or not??!! Any help appreciated!
On the bottom front there is a panel, that panel is the 'sump' area. Make sure that is cleaned out so that all water can eject during rinse cycle.

Sounds like have inadvertently activated the child lock. To deselect you need to press and hold the start button for approx 5 secs or until the key light goes out. Hope this helps, please let me know if this works or if you need further assistance.l
