I got a LFD 12314 ariston diswasher. After 5 minutes in Normal appears A11 on the screen. Please help me. Rod

Hi Kathleen....does the TV work normal during the 5 minutes it's on? Does the screen seem bright and has a good picture?

AL01 is the error code for flooded base.
Firstly, disconnect the power cable! Check the trumpet pipe that goes from the pump to the heater.
Is there water in the base, if so you need to remove the water and dry the base. Hope this helps and good luck.

Check the heater coil for opens or shorts.

According to the instruction book - it appears the machine has been stopped mid cycle then re-started.
Switch machine off, turn control knob to a solid circle symbol (they are after every set cycle). Switch machine back on and lights will flash and program is reset. You can then select wash cycle as normal.

Unplug the washer for ten minutes, see if this clears the problem.
