What is your Printer model?

You could try and delete the program from your program file folder.
Then run a program like ccleaner to clean up your registry

I am trying to install a watermark to a document with print master gold 18. I'm having absolutely no success whatsoever. Anyone withany suggestions

go to start > control panel > add/remove software it will take a bit to generate the list, but once populated, created, just findany software you dont want including printmaster and click unistall. This will remove all the files off your computer.

your cards are too thick .the printer wont actually move the card down to yhe printing heads. try placing just one sheet into the printer or/and go to setup and see if you can set the printer for thicker paper try user defined setting. no promises.

there should be a box to allow you to enter figures for the margins in the setup print job bottom margin etc put a figure in here usually centimetre or millimetres adjust untill your perfect print test page
Find the setup box ! might find it the drop down menu s at the top of the page good luck!
