I have a acer computor with parental controI I need insstrucction on how to turn it off

By "clean my windows on my computor" if that means the software try this program : http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ Download, install, and use it often. I'm not clear on my "my computor needs booting"? Shut down the computer and re-boot.

If you've forgotten the password for parental controls ,,,, Then please go to CA in program file and then open CA Parental controls folder , you will find PUNSTLL.EXE (looks like an Eye Ball) double click and select repair and then select DISCARD EXISTING INFO ,next and then say YES and go ahead without changing any settings, Click finish once its done,Reboot the computer and go to the same PUNSTALL.EXE and then select remove and then leave the password field blank ,, finish the set up


thats it the Parental controls will be gone off your computer or so I'm told.

I guess the problem is on your adapter, you must change your adapter, it could be broken

Generally the restore image i son your laptops hard drive. all Acers in resent times anyway

at boot press the F12 key a few times, and you should see the restore program come up, then you can follow the options to restore your computer.. hope this helps

its called the "ultimate boot diak" go google it.

The serial number should be on the back of computer and with you just buying it Acer should be able to walk you thru it over the phone for free

The best solution: Buy a good computer with a webcam or a simple webcam. The best thing to do is not to buy the Acer 5315-2326

Make sure you enable the wireless card in device manager.
and also check the wireless card switch (switch it to enable/disable wireless card) on the front (close to headphone jack). If it isnot working, it's something wrong with your wireless card.
