SOURCE: CPCA240FFK orange (super) light keeps flashing

I had the same problem on 27th December 2007, orange light flashing. I telephoned the Warrranty company who informed me to switch it off for 10 to 15 minutes and the light should go out.
I did this and it worked however temperature with mine is fluctuating as I have bought a thermometer and am currently waiting for an Engineer to call (he's due on the 7th January). Hope this solution is useful, it may solve your problem.

SOURCE: kenmore elite fridge crisper drawer freezing stuff

If you have a side by side model you need to look at the refrigerator compartment wall on the left of the bottom drawer and move the slide control to the warmer/fruit/vegitable setting instead of the meat setting.
I hope this helped. Please rate my help or ask for more help please. supertechks

SOURCE: bosch frost free fridge freezer not freezing ice cream/pops at all and meat not totally frozen

Sounds like a defrost problem. Check to see if there is any frost buildup in the back wall of the freezer. If so, it is not defrosting as it should.

  • possible causes:
  1. bad defrost timer/board
  2. bad defrost heater (in freezer)
  3. bad thermo switch in freezer
If you don’t know what these are then unplug the machine and let the ice melt in the freezer overnight with the door open. Then try it the next day, if is cooling fine then you need to have a service person replace one of the above items. If it still has a problem then it might be the compressor and you should probably replace the machine.

SOURCE: food in bottom drawer of fridge freezes. what is the problem?

Try adjusting the food compartment temp. There are many possible reasons that will cause this. Look for exact model number located inside food compartment bottom door when opened. For example 91.802574 This will give us the exact diagram to work with to help you solve this. Below is a link with Q&A that you also can use to resolve this problem.

KIB 2840 no defrost

No there is no adjustment for that. MAke sure that the drain holes are not clogged. There should be a hose that goes down to the drain pain that is under the unit.

Frost and freezing in the fridge

its warm damp air getting into the fridge causing the frosting if it builds up to much the fridge will find it hard to keep things coold down and you will need to "de-frost" it,,to do this rap all your food up in a blanket to keep it cool them switch off the fridge and put a tub of boiling water in side it leave the door open the frost will soon fall away,,wip out the fridge with "by carb" and switch it back on for an hour or so before you put your cold food back in it

Liebherr fridge 3150 keeps freezing

The problem is the thermostat, not the drainhole. The thermostat should stop the compressor when a setpoint temperature has been reached, this gives the unit a chance for a small defrost.

Liebherr frost free fridge/freezer

Try these solutions in these order:
1. Switch off the fridge and leave the door open overnight. Switch it back on in the morning.
Explanation: The sensor inside the fridge gets frozen and cannot control the temperature properly.
2. Switch off the fridge. Unplug it. At the back of the fridge (behind the unit, not inside) there is a large grid. Clean it with a hoover thoroughly. Open the fridge. Dry the back of the fridge if wet (inside the fridge). If frosted wait for it to defrost and then dry it. Plug in the fridge. Switch the fridge back on. This one worked for me.
Explanation: The dust in the grid deprives the fridge from cooling down and the unit can't control the temperature in the fridge section.
3. Switch off the fridge. -Unplug it. Empty it. Turn it upside down. Plug it in. Switch it on for 24 hours. Switch it off. Unplug, return to normal and switch on.
Explanation: This has to do with the pressure of the gas inside the compressor. I have not tried it but this advice as given to me by a qualified electrician when I commented the (in)famous F2 problem in Liebherr fridge/freezers.
Hope it helps. Regards. Albert
