How To Find My Puk Code

If you have a PIN number on your SIM card as an extra security measure, you'll need to type the PIN number in each time you turn on your phone. If you do this wrong 3 times, the SIM card will be locked and you will be unable to use the phone. In this situation, you will need your PUK code to unlock the SIM.

WHAT IS A PUK CODE?
PUK stands for 'PIN Unlock Key'. It's a unique code that is linked to your specific SIM card and is usually 8 digits long. Some phones may ask for a PUC code instead. This stands for 'PIN Unlock Code' and is exactly the same thing as a PUK Code.
HOW DO I FIND MY PUK CODE?
By calling your network provider.

The PUK code is unique to your SIM card, so you can only get this from your mobile network. Sometimes they will give you this when you first get the SIM card, but not all networks do this. If you cannot find it, give your mobile network a call and they will be able to give you the PUK code after you have answered some security questions.
WHAT DO I DO WITH THE PUK CODE?
Once you have got the PUK code from your network, you will need to enter it into your phone. A notification will usually pop up, prompting you to enter the PUK code as soon as you turn your mobile on, so just follow the instructions onscreen to proceed.

As soon as your phone is unlocked, you may be asked to enter a new SIM PIN number, but this can be turned off in the settings menu of the phone once it's fully unlocked.

WARNING!
Do not try and guess your PUK code. If you enter it wrong 10 times, the SIM card will be permanently locked and you will need to get a new one from your network provider. There may be a charge for a new SIM card and you might be stuck without your phone for a couple of days while they send it out.

Depending on your network provider that will be the number you will need to call to get your number and remember do not try more than 10 times.

As you said in the question you need the puk code for this you need to call the customer care from any of you are friends number and tell them that you are mobile is asking for puk code then they will ask you are mobile number tell them you are number then they will give you the puk code enter the puk code then you can use the mobile.PUK code can be given by only customer care there each number will be having different puk code.Thanks for your question.

You can contact to your mobile phone provider, along with documentation or you total identification, and soon after they could give the PUK code.

Please call the Customer Care of your Network Operator (sim card provider), they will tell your the code. There's no other way or no means to get the code except from the Service Operator. They might ask your few questions related to the Sim Card, like your name or your address, tell them promptly and they will give you the puk code for your sim card. It's also important to note down the Sim Card Number (number written on the sim card) if in case they ask you the sim number. You will also be assisted on how to disable the security settings.

Note: if you keep entering random/unknown numbers/codes, the sim card will be locked and will be rejected. It'll not be usable anymore. Good luck.

Inorder tosolve your PUK problem, *kindly contact your service provider (customer care) *Tell your phone number and they will give your PUK code *Enter that code on your cell phone(Wall that ask puk code) *Then your phone ask another pin code&to verify,there you can type your desired code(say 0000,00000,1234,12345). * Then your phone will restart normally.... You can get your PUK code from your network subscriber, just call the Customer care, it free they will ask you for your mobile number.
