Diverting all calls to voicemail

This is under settings and I believe the sub category personalize to make these adjustments. They could be under incoming call options as well.

Samsung turns off

I have 2 sgh-m919 galaxy s4 s from TMobile. Both phones were randomly showing the message "sim card not detected restart" and phone would reboot.. sometime would have to reboot 2 or 3 times before i was normal. I tried many of the net poste solutions including paper on sim card, clear cache, new battery etc. Nothing worked

This week i was ready to buy a new phone.. but was sure the phone wasnt the problem. I started deleteing apps one at a time and found the problem. It is GOOGLE MAPS !!! G0 into settings / more / application manager / slide over to all/ down to Maps /clear cache/ uninstall updates / force stop. Then turn off phone and restart. When you go to use maps or waze again when it asks for permission "decline" it will still work and you wont see the sim not detected restart message again.. Google the words google maps crash or reboots and see how many phones crash. Galaxy s4 happen to have the dialog box that makes it appear to be a hardware problem! Googles motto use to be "First do no harm" please reply if this works for you

Good luck!

How do I reset a voicemail box for samsung galaxy s4

That feature depends on your provider, or carrier so best to contact them and ask. There are many examples online but you need to know your carrier.

Blue circle with line through it next to contact

This indicates blocked callers, or callers on "auto reject" list. To unblock, go into settings, call settings, contacts, then simply go to unblock caller or remove from auto reject list option...
