Pull the drawer out as far as it will go, then gently add more force and it will come the rest of the way. Be careful putting it back in because the plastic stop at the front end of the center slide is easily breakable.
I'm not sure about the dresser drawers, but for the night stands and the armoire, pull the drawers all the way out. Feel under the drawer (towards the middle back), and there should be a plastic tab. Push the tab down toward the floor and pull the drawer at the same time. It should come right out.
Make sure the drawer is either nailed or glued together properly...also try a little lubrication on the sides od the drawer to make it slide in easier.
There are two metal tabs above the gliding rails on each of the drawers. Push them downward on each side simultaneously when the drawer stops. You may have to do this twice for each drawer; KinderKraft probably put this in as a safety precaution because it is nursery furniture.
