You can download picture from phone through usb cable or through the bluetooth. Just connect the usb to the computer and it will dictect the usb cable immediately. Just click on open folder and copy the pictures and paste them into the computer. For bluetooth you will need to add your phone to the computer through the bluetooth settings, then mark the pictures your want to copy to the computer and press option then copy. This will transfre the picture to the computer. Thanks

what it sounds like is your phone need to be reflash to correct the issue....so you need to take the phone to a mobile center close to you and have them reflash the phone.

Download multimedia downloader and follow the instructions. You will need the USB cable for your phone, and you will only be able to download pictures, videos, and audio clips that you have created with the phone. Any ringtones, downloaded pictures, etc, will not be able to be downloaded.
