All u have to do is rate ur product to download the user manual the url is here :)

The codes/user's manual is not online. I have looked for hours and hours. Stop wasting your time and buy a new remote.

Try calling the Dish network customer support phone number. Only they can tell you the code for the remote you have, that matches the box you have.
If you have the manual for the poloroid it should tell you if the Polaroid is a universal remote and show codes in the manual. If no codes in the Polaroid manual then it is not a universal, so it can not be done.
Factory Mode Procedure
1.Power on TV.
2.Press volume up and channel up buttons on the TV simultaneously and release.
3.Power off TV with remote or power button to exit.
