You can repair Outlook PST and recover all your emails and other items by using Outlook PST Recovery Software software. This software is very effective in repairing severely corrupted PST file.

Either delete the *.pst file and let Outlook re-build it. Or try running the "office repair" on outlook. Also a complete un-install, run a files cleanup from systems tools followed by re-installing Outlook might help.

There might be some *.pst repair tools out there but they probably cost money.

Hi,

If you cannot fit your PST file backup on a single drive please try choosing "Compressible Encryption" as the format to save as. This will reduce the amount of space needed to back up your PST file.

If it still won't fit then try backing up to a network drive.

Please let me know if this helps and rate my answer.

Many thanks,

Chris
