Can anyone help?? I need to find a replacement part for a cracked part called the "screw peg". This is the little white plastic disc that goes on top of the spindle, where you sit the blade, etc.

I found this instruction on the web at the above site. Now, I just need to figure out the name of the part and maybe I can order a new one. Hope this helps everyone!

yes, have asked public commissions office in myarea about any product safety issues with this product and was referred to notify you. This particular part has numerous cracks and poses a serious safety concern.

I had the same probem. It is definitely a safety concern.
I have the same problem. The little white cap on top of the spindle broke off, I tried gluing the part back on several times with crazy glue, but it keeps breaking off. Now I can't even use the machine because the blade will not screw on to the spindle. Is there a solution...besides buying a new machine? Appreciate any assistance.

Yup, I have the exact same problem. I've just looked through the Power Juicer website, and they offer "accessory parts" such as the blade but not this part. I'll keep looking...

The white plastic spindle that screws the grater part just snapped in half. This juicer has not been overused so I am surprised and pissed off. Cheap ,rubbish plastic!
the little wheel that spins the juicer cracked and flew apart!
I need a replacement 'screw peg' in order to use my well care Juicer. Where I can I purchase this. Will I have to retire my Juicer?
