Candy Aquaviva 1000 will not spin completely or empty water
Having put thin rubberbacked rug with woolly tassels in to wash tassels left lumps of fluff everywhere and problem of not spinning off emerged. Tried taking clothes out and spinning without anything and eventually seemed to clear it...not so! Also searched for a filter to clear, woggled pipes around, called plumber (suggest I might need new machine not having looked at it)checked other pipework and connections to undersink, felt it had cleared, but two days later tried washing again and it will not spin all water out. Struggles with a load, even with one item. May have fluff in the system somewhere. Read instruction book, says outlet could be a problem if placed more than 50 cm high but mine set at almost 20 cm higher and always worked at that height. However, when spin did finally clear the original water, the outlet hose was uncoupled and lower, maybe this is what needs to happen. It us 12 years old, dont want to spend much on it therefore. Is slight unbalanced since I moved it, need to adjust feel, but it heavy, me not muscle bound!

Hope you got your washer fixed by how! This is just another reason for why not to attempt to wash rugs in your washer. The backing broke down and clogged it up. Next time hire a Certified Master rug cleaner!

Your drain pump is dead. Have a serviceman replace the pump. How old is the unit? If it's old enough that it has the old belt-driven style, have them check to see if the belt is stretched or broken.
no, the tumble dryer has nothing to do with it. My family always complain about our hard towels. Recently our front loader broke down & I had to hire a top loader til it was fixed - my towels became luxiously soft after just a few washes in it! I think it is how much more the washing is spun out. I am going to try to reduce the front loader spin speed when I get mine back. I never use a dryer on towels - takes too long.
your outlet hose put it down close to the floor into a bucket if water comes out then your pump may have blown if not it will be blocked up u may find if u take the outlet hose of water may come out which means your pipe is blocked
