You did not specify which lights are on?
- The green pilot light will illuminate to show that the appliance is switched on.
- The red alarm light will also illuminate until the freezer
reaches the correct temperature.
- If you press the SUPER button than you start fast freeze function and yellow light will illuminate.
I assume that the freezer is on and the green light is illuminated. This means that the freezer is on and energized.
Also, if freezer does not cooling, means that did not achieve the set temperature should be illuminated the red light (alarm).
Set the thermostat for example in position 4th and after that compressor should be start.
If compressor running but not cooling, defective is the system which circulates gas.
If compressor does not start, then is faulty thermostat, compressor or the wiring.

In looking further online, I found more info on this unit. It appears that the freezer was off and locked, which was what the display said OFf and LOc when any button was pushed. The remedy is to push the up button two times quickly then a beep will sound resetting the thermostat. At this point the temp can be adjusted down and freezer is now operational. Just a note, the instructions said after you push the up button twice the display would change from OFf. It did not, it just beeped and then allowed the down button to function. Also it was cautioned to make sure you adjust the temp down within two minutes of pressing the up button. Also good idea to keep curious children away from your thermostat. My daughter left the door ajar and the alarm was sounding, she thought she could turn it off (alarm) by pushing the buttons.
