1 Reinstall developing unit.
2 Reinstall toner cartridge.
3 Check the connector between developing unit-FREYB CN4, CN6, CN8, CN10 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
4 Check the connector between FREYB CN1, CN2-PRCB CN4, CN5 for proper connection and correct as necessary. 5 Change developing unit.
6 Change FREYB.
7 PRCB ICP12 conduction check.
8 Change PRCB.
Hi,
If the machine is still trying to add toner after the toner cartridge has been replaced & the developer is new then I would look at the toner supply motor for that particular colour. Also check for a blockage within the small tube between the toner cartridge & the developer unit. You could try swapping the toner supply motor with one of the other colour motors as they are all identical. If the fault switches to another colour then the motor is at fault.
You can also check the operation of the toner motor in simulation 10.

Replenish toner unit is the unit that is secured with two screws and comes to the right and these are unscrewed. The presence of this unit is signaled by a sensor positioned under the top cover. Check that sensor for proper functionality in Service Mode.
You need to take it to a Sharp technician to check machine , usually a toner issue that toner is unable to replenish in developer unit and so blows the chip on toner cartridge ,
replacing toner cartridge rarely helps seeing as it is a deeper issue
If is a BW 350 go to service mode ( stop 0 0 stop 01) counter apecial part counter reset drum and dev switc off the very quiqly service mode function run f8. Did you replaced drum and developer?
