That service code SC550 normaly is a fuser web end error, you must replace the web and reset the % in 1.902 to "0". But i dont think the Ricoh aficio 450 have a fuser web. does this SC550 coming from your Aficio 450?
After replacingthe canvaswith a new one, you must SP1902perform-001(Display/ settingarea usedlinen fusion) toreset the counterto zeroconsumption. TheSP codeshouldbe performed to removeSC550.
Your question is somewhat confusing as to the model. There is no Nashua SC550 as that seems to be the service code you have an issue with. There is a model 1013F but there is no SC550 code for that machine. That being said I will tell you what an SC550 code means on most all Ricoh, Gestetner,Nashuatec machines. The SC550 means your fuser oil/cleaning web life is over. The solution for this is to replace the web and then reset the counter which requires entry into the service mode. Both of these are going to require a service technician to complete.
Good Luck and Thank You for using Fixya.
Oil Supply/Cleaning Web End. Change this and Press the following keys in sequence. Total Clear key 1 0 7 and clear stop for more of 3 second to enter to service program mode, eter to 1902 - 1... and change the value to 0%.
shut down the machine and turn on.
I think you mean "SC550"....all codes are 3 digits. If this is correct, it mean that the Fuser web has expired, and needs replacement, then and only then can the code be reset in service Mode. Call a tech.
• Web end (requires replacement) fusing unit • Web end sensor defective Note: After replacing the web with a new one, reset SP1902 001 to 0 to release SC550.
Ok, its a firmware bug, but you should be able to reset it. Press clear modes, 1, 0, 7, and press and hold clear/stop. Press 1 for copy sp. Scroll down to 7, (data log) press 7. scroll to 7807, and reset it. exit all the way out, and recycle the power.
