Call Sony with the serial and model to verify and they can tell you in your area who is a qualified Sony servicer. Circuit City can handle these if they are covered by the light engine warranty.

The problem with your TV trinitron wega is at the color adjustment section. It is located at the color board mounted at the back of the picture tube. There are variable resistors that represents the color pattern in the picture tube. Adjust the red color to low level to lower the red color.
