"Sizzling noise" does not sound good! Your description makes me think of the sound of electronical short. Unplug it and don't run it again until you've taken it to a repair shop who can look at it. It's also possible, though the sound is different than a sizzling sound, that there's a capacitor or other electronic part going out on it. Anyway you look at it a sewing machine should not be making any strange noises like that!
Oil in these heaters is not supposed to sizzle. So, I don't think it's the oil. Something else is probably making the sizzling noise and that's what concerns me. As this type of heater literally makes no noise. What you hear may be a short in the wiring of the heater. In which case, it's unsafe to use. You didn't mention if the heater is new or that you've had it for sometime, but in either case, I would recommend not using it. If it's new, then it's still under warranty and you have some recourse. Check your Owners Manual for details on how to handle this as a warranty issue.
Press and hold down the # key on the keyboard until the phone changes from silent to ring mode. This also works for a fast switch from ringing to silent mode when going to a movie or something.
call waiting is something which is not handeld by phone. This option has to be included in your service agreement with phone company. The easiest way to check is to keep line busy and make call to the telephone number. If you get busy signal , you do not have call waiting. If it rings, you should hear short mute on your new phone
rca model d52w20byx1 itc222. sounds like shutdown mode. Does the led flash. unplug the set leave set unplug for 30 min. this reset procesor. now i tell you this in the shop its never that simple but it first step. IF you have a flashing led when you push power button. it tells you alot. it tells you main fuse is good the processor is getting power and it detects something wrong. leading causes are shorted horzontal output transistor. shorted cp150 capacitor. technicians have a computer that read error codes much like that of a car. let me know if i can help troubleshoot it down.
don't worry about it. there is a defrost heater to melt ice off the evaporator when in defrost mode. happens about every eight hours. the sizzling noise is water dripping on the heater
the sizzling noise is water hitting the defrost elememt and this is normal - shows the defrost system is working.
if water comes on the floor of the freezer, this may be the drain for the defrost water is blocked. remove the freexer back panel and the drain is in the tray where the defrost water is caught. if it is blocked - usually with ice - clear it with hot water and make sure the water drains freely. takes some patience and maybe several attempts
