Sounds like something was shorted out while replacing your ignition or you damaged a ground wire. You can try connecting just the 12+vdc switched lead to 12+vdc power and then ground the receiver to a chassis ground somewhere else to see if it is just a grounding issue. The yellow lead (memory) will also need to be connected in higher end units such as Alpine as the audio amp pulls from the memory lead rather than switched lead.

In audio settings the Preout setting won't stay locked in. It keeps defaulting to "rear speakers" so no signal is outputed through the RCA jacks to the amp/sub. Can anyone help? Thanks!

If you had it professionally installed have it looked at. If you done it your self then check the wiring and make sure the wires are done clrrectly. Check the ground

Pioneer DEH-P5200HD after I replaced a fuse the subwoofer stoped working. I checked the speaker and the amp. Its the radio that doesnt give signal to the amp. Also I tried turning on and off the sub in the...

It sounds like the remote turn on wire from the radio no longer outputs power. You can try connecting the the remote turn on wire from the amp to the accessory power of the radio. Place a 10 amp fuse in line just in case the issue is the amp.

I'm trying to install a pioneer DEH-64BT radio in

Check the ariel fuse with the power supply (+Ve) wire for open. If it found OK, measure the main voltage that come to that fuse carrier. You must have knoledge to use a multimeter. If fuse is found blown up, do understand that, there is some wiring mistake, caused a short circuit.
Chekc the wirings once again and replace the fuse only after that.

I have stacic when the engine is running on the cd player

This is because of a ground loop. Your radio is already grounded through your antenna. Unhook the radio ground wire (black wire) and tape it off. This will get rid of your engine static in the speakers.
