First you will need your model number which I believe is PW1700-B2.
Then you go to this page:
http://www.blackanddecker.com/manuals.aspx and enter your model number.

I came up with this link:
http://servicenet.blackanddecker.com/Products/Detail/PW1700-B2 You can download both the parts and the instruction manual from this page.

If the model number is incorrect... just enter your model number upper RH side of the page to get the same manual & parts data for your pressure washer.
