C 3502 - fusing high temperature abnormality.Check the fuser unit electrical components,wires,thermistors,thermofuses,heater lamps.To reset the error code turn OFF the copier.Press and keep pressed the function key and turn ON the copier.Keep pressed the function key until Trouble reset message appaire on display.Release the function key ,touch the message and turn Off and ON the copier.

1-Re-Install the imaging unit.
2-Restart the machine.

please check if the pick`up rollers are dirty, if so clean them with Platenclene, and check if they are spining, if not call for a tech because one or more clutch`s are faulty.
