First you download motorola skin loader and then you download motorola themes .ski file format, now you connect the mobile into computer and run the motorola skin loder the add the .ski file and install into your motorola l7 mobile phone.
1) Go to www.modmymoto.com 2) Download skiman 3) Download any skin (Search google!) 4) Connect your phone and open skiman. 5) It shows the current skins in the phone. 6) search for a .ski file in the folder where you saved the theme. 7) Click on install 8) Click on more and then reboot 9)disconnect the phone and go to skin and select it
