Mitsubishi WD-65733 Lamp, Ballast, or Other Problem

What do you think should be right. If there any loose solder terminals to the ballast bard, this type of fault can occur. Anyway, I'm not sure about it; but check this frist before doing any other. Gopakumar Gopalan Google

65" 1080 mitsubishi tv model# WD-65733 wont turn on

It is probably the wiring. Try buying a new power cord.
If not than it is just malfunctioned.

My tv color is very dim and the green light is blinking continuously

Hi! Your lamp is nearing the end of its life and needs to be replaced. You can do this very easily yourself and your manual explains how to do it. It's two screws. Order it directly from Mitsubishi. The OEM lamp costs $249. Do not buy an aftermarket lamp from an online retailer. They are of inferior quality, normally do not come with the cartridge can damage your set and they usually cost as much after you add the cartridge.
Here's the link for Mitsubishi.

Hi,

Mitsubishi WD-65733 no picture, electrical buzzes in series

What it sound's like is that the lamp ballast is the problem. Buzzing sounds like when the power is first brought to the ballast it has to ramp up the voltage to get the lamp to light, then the voltage drops back down when the lamp is lit. Sounds like the lamp ballast isn't ramping up the voltage the way it should. May have to replace it. A good service shop would be able to do this for you.
