Just search in google and download the app'MMC PASSWORD FINDER'. Then enter your memory card into a mobile set and run that application. You will see your password in the middle of some unrecognised symbol. It will be written in english. You should download supported app for your handset in which you will enter memory card. Cherrs....
Is this USB drive? Write protect is a small switch on the drive. Look closely for switch, slide it to opposite position. Try again to copy / format / whatever.
you probably wont have to register but i dont know. but the protection works so that if your Ipod fails (either software or screen stops working) you can send it in for a new one or just get it fixed. i dont know about walmart but the applestore wont fix it if you broke it (cracked screen or dropped in water) unless you pay a little extra $$$
If the screen is clear that may work. but if its tinted you wont be able to see the image clearly without the tinted rough screen .But if its clear you should be ok, however the other screen will get broken super easy without the protective scren protecting it.
