The problem may lie in one of the following: 1.) Input the right password. For example, if the Wlan router is using WEP or WPA, input the right password in the connecting device. 2.) Be sure that the WLAN router and the connecting device to use the same frequency, whether it is using 802.11a/b/g/n. 3.) Check the Router if it is supplying IP address and if it is sufficient.

Here are the details of problem. I have disabled DHCP on my router. Its security mode has been adjusted to WPA-PSK/WPA2-PS and entered a WPA Shared Key in it. Now on imate JasJam i have gone to network card where i can see my WLAN detected and available. When i try to connect it, it doesnt connect. i have selected the WLAN connection and under network tab i have entered the WPA Shared Key, adjusted authtication to WPA-PSK but below it has has data encryption and it has only one option TKIP. When i looked at my router its encryption is WPA2_Mixed and that cannot be modified. I am not sure but i think the problem is with this encryption. What do you say. please help me get online with this.
Thanks for help.
