I think you may need to put it in fold mode first...it may be in incline mode.

You need to call Icon ASAP and get a tech out under warranty to fix the issue.

I would call the retail shop and they will organize a repair man out to fix from Icon Fitness. This is done under warranty .

There is allot of weight on the "Storage Latch". You may need to push forward on the treadmill a bit, pull the black knob, then slowly let the machine unfold. Taking the weight off the "Storage Latch" will make it easier to release the latch..

I have a Sear Nordic track exp 1000 x for 5yrs now...for the past 1 1/2 yrs the treadmill has been giving me problems, when I'm walking for 20min sometimes less the treadmill turns off & it doesn't want to go run. I noticed that it smells a little like if it was burning. What can I do to fix it or what can it be? Please help!!!
