Saeco royal professional machine started giving half cup less coffee then normall

Hi i have saeco royal professional machine and i am having a small problem and i am asking for your advice how to fix this problem. Suddenly the coffee machine started giving half cup less coffee then normally. Is it because by mistake i reset the quantity of coffee or can there be any other reason for giving less coffee. I will be really grateful if you could help me in this matter.

Okay! This can be 1 of 2 things.

1. Your machine button needs to be programmed. Do this by holding the button down until the coffee is dispensed to the height of your likeing, then let go. The button should now be programmed.

2. Your machine is leaking internally and some of the water that should be going into your cup is going elsewhere.

Also try descaling your machine. For more info go to: www.cerinicoffee.com

SOURCE: SAECO Royal Professional no water comes out?

Hi
What is the lever for despensing grounds on the top of the side door reading. If its all the way to the back it probably too far. Pull it back one click and try it. The other thing you should try if its not the grounds it to push the button you want to use and hold it in until the liquid coffee want is reached, then release the button. This is called programing and you can do it to each button for you desired amount.

SOURCE: how do I check how many coffees we have made on

Hi
Push and hold the menu button. When is says "energy saving" use the up arrow and go up about 3 or 4 pushes until you get the * beside the "total coffee", then push the menu button again. The menu button is what gets you into the selections and is what locks changes in the computer.

Saeco Royal Professional Coffee ends up in the bin not into the cups. What has happened and where can I go to resolve it. Thanks Mala

If you mean the Coffee Seems to end up all around your brew unit, a common fix is to move the dosage control (this is the slide on the right hand side of your machine just above the door to the brew unit) back and forth repetitivly.

Try this

Hi,

try to set the grinder to grind little more coarse, you have to make 2-3 cup to get the new settings to work.

To get off the ventilate you have to press the button for hot water and make a cup of water.

Hope this will help you.

Saeco royal cappuchino ventilate

Alternatively, try draining the machine. Page 37 of the user manual, Drainage. Place cup under the steam/hot water tube, turn knob clockwise around to 9. If the pump is ok, it will start automatically and start filling the cup. Drain about 1/2 cup of hot water and return knob counterclockwise to start position. If the flow meter is not damaged, the Ventilate message should be gone.

The machine won't start up

in the self test does it flush the unit ? If not you have to prime the unit by allowing it to pump hot water through the frothing valve. Open the valve and the pump should pulse water out. After this the machine should indicate it is in the operating mode for coffee
