most error common means bad batteries. 99% are.
If it is fully charged a 12volt battery and if it's rarely new should show 13.8volts to 14V.But if the battery is fully charged the open outage will be around11.5 to 12volts again depends on how long itvwas charged previously and usage and under what load that is on connected.
You need to reconfigure for the new batteries. Enter the stack numbers but you need the password to do this. You need the Service Manual to perform this config.
Alarm error #191 comes from a battery test, where batteries are put under load for 25 seconds. (If the alarm is unexpected, you might have enabled the periodic 30-day battery test.)
#191 is test failure for battery internal resistance. So, need to locate and replace the bad battery, then run the battery test manually. If batteries are good, make sure no battery connector is corroded or loose.
Suspect battery failure/faulty cell in a batt Remove batts and check outside unit charge up to around 2.27V/cell then check discharge on each batt (12V car lamp is good dummy load) faulty one will be obvious.
MAKE SURE YOU ARE VERY CAREFUL WITH BATTERIES, THEY ARE VERY DANGEROUS, AND ALWAYS LIVE!
Check you manual for safety procedures, BEFORE working on Batteries.
