wireless not flashing ,, may be some reasons :
1- if there is a signal and its SSID shown , i think problem with electricity led .
2- if there no signal and its SSID doesnt shown , check antina if putting successfully , if not check configuration ,, if not reset AP ,, if not replace it

I have the same problem my modem keeps restarting every 4 minutes whenever i connect to the internet. Can someone help

The router setup page should be 192.168.1.1

I think, the problem is your AC/DC Adaptor Try to Changes it... Or if thus it work your modem is the problem...

That would signify You have a problem with the units main power circuit...the unit will need serviced.
