Caller ID
If you subscribe to caller ID service, information about each caller appears after the first or second ring. If you answer a call before the caller information appears on the screen, it will not be saved in the caller ID log. The caller ID log stores up to 50 entries. Each entry has up to 24 digits for the phone number and 15 characters for the name. If the telephone number has more that 15 digits, only the last 15 digits appear. If the name has more than 15 characters, only the first 15 characters are shown and saved in the caller ID log. Review a caller ID log entry Press CID when the phone is not in use. Scroll to browse through the caller ID log. When the desired entry appears: Press repeatedly to show different dialing options. Press 1 repeatedly if you need to add or remove 1 in front of the phone number. Press or to dial the displayed number. Delete a caller ID log entry When the desired caller ID log entry displays, press DELETE. Delete all caller ID log entries Press MENU when the phone is not in use. Scroll to Caller ID log and then press SELECT. Scroll to Delete all and then press SELECT twice.
Call block
If you subscribe to caller ID service, you can set the telephone to block unknown calls and certain undesired calls. The call block list stores up to 20 entries. Block unknown calls Press MENU when the phone is not in use. Scroll to Call block, and then press SELECT. Scroll to Calls w/o num, and then press SELECT. Scroll to choose Not block or Block, and then press SELECT. Add a call block list entry 1. Press MENU when the phone is not in use. 2. Scroll to Call block, and then press SELECT. 3. Scroll to Block list, and then press SELECT. 4. Scroll to Add new entry, and then press SELECT. 5. Enter the number. • Use the dialing keys to enter the number (up to 30 digits). 6. Press SELECT to move to the name. 7. Use the dialing keys to enter the name (up to 15 characters). Additional key presses show other characters of that particular key. 8. No cell phone has true caller ID. While the number calling you shows up on screen, the only time a name will appear with it is if it's coming from someone that you've saved to your contacts list. (There may be a paid App for iPhone/Android that can search an online phone book to display caller ID, but I'm unaware of any that works reliably.)

unplug the one that gets caller ID and one more. Do you get caller ID on the remaining phone?
Caller ID is sent between the first and second ring, as well as the second and third ring. It may be that the other phones require that 2nd Caller ID signal and you've answered it elsewhere.

I am assuming that the other phones have a display and are Caller ID capable phones.
Can you post the model numbers of the phones that don't get Caller ID? We can then try to locate a user guide for them.

The one who can show the caller ID when someone call is the caller only. He/she can set to hide his/her number ID in their phone so we can't see it. We can't force to see this caller ID, but if this calls disturbed you, you can install call blocker and only allow certain incoming call to be recieved.

Thanks for using FixYa. I think you have stored more than 100 Caller ID messages and hence the caller ID is not showing on Uniden Tru8888. In the following cases the caller ID will not be shown-

If you answer a call before the Caller ID message is received (for example, before the second ring), the Caller ID message will not appear.

When the call is received via a telephone company that does not offer Caller ID service, the caller’s phone number and name does not appear. (This includes some international calls.)

When the call is via a private branch exchange (PBX), the caller's phone number and name may not appear.

You may receive any one of the following messages:

When a private name is received; Private Name
When a private number is received; Private Number
When a unknown name is received; Unknown Name
When a unknown number is received; Unknown Number
When invalid data is received; Incomplete Data

The Caller ID list stores information for incoming calls - even unanswered calls. You can store up to 100 Caller ID messages and phonebook entries (including Speed Dials) for each handset and the base. You can view the Caller ID list through the handset or base during a call or when the phone is in standby mode.

Memory locations for Caller ID messages and Phonebook entries (including Speed Dials) are common, you can store up to all 100 entries for each handset and the base. Caller ID messages are not stored when you have 100 phonebook entries. When you have stored a total of 100 phonebook entries and Caller ID messages, the oldest Caller ID message is overwritten.

Caller ID information is passed between the first and second rings.

Try connecting a regular corded telephone or a standalone Caller ID box. Does Caller ID information show up?

If you have multiple telephones (I don't mean a single cordless telephone base with multiple handsets) and none of them are showing Caller ID after 3 rings it would appear that the telephone company does not have Caller ID turned on for your telephone line.

Since it appears by default, I'm guessing that the phone is not ringing. It has to ring to display CID. You need to make sure that it is part of an ICD group with Immediate ring.
