S1 mp3 player} player of 4GB decrease to 108MB

i have a s1 mp3 player with 8gb memory and wilson co ltd. v9.1.51 firmware.

when i run disk tool on my mp3 player`s storge decrease to 480 MB.

how can i resolve my problem.

When I format 4gb Mp4 Digital Player with Fat32 on XP SP2 player still has 4gb of memory. When I format 4gb Mp4 Digital Player with format tool supplied on cd by manufacturer 4gb Mp4 Digital Player has 107mb of memory. I cannot format the player in xp sp2 again to get back the 4gb memory space. When I format 4gb Mp4 Digital Player with Fat32 on XP SP2 player still has 4gb of memory.
