  • click "Internet Options"
  • set the homepage to "google.com"

Set homepage

What is the browser you use? On firefox towards the top right there is an icon for firefox start page. Right click and go to customize. You can fix it there. On Internet Explorer on top right there is a down arrow next home icon. Click down arrow and then click on add or change to fix your problem. Hope this helps. If using another browser specify and I will tell you what to do.

I wanted the google toolbar on my Yahoo Homepage not google Homepage

You will need to reset your homepage to Yahoo. When you installed the toolbar (which will be available on ALL sites) it set your homepage to Google. If you're using Internet Explorer, click on Tools > Internet Options. On the General tab, type in the address (http://www.yahoo.com/) into the Homepage box. If you're using Chrome, click the wrench icon, then click Options. Select Open the Following Pages, then type in the address. If you're using Firefox, click Tools > Options. Type the address in the Homepage box on the General tab (if you're using a newer version of Firefox, click the orange Firefox button in the top left corner and select Options).
