Open right side of printer - HP Photosmart D7160 InkJet Printer

Open the Start menu and click on 'Printers and Faxes' or Control Panel>Printers in Windows 7. Right-click on the printer and click 'Open', this will display the print qeue, you can right click on print jobs and cancel them, pause them, or restart them.

It's very easy.
uncover the printer. Then look left and right site of the printer. There you find 2 lock in left and 1 lock in right side. In right side there is a spring tidely back side of the printer. then open all the parts from left side and right side. put of the plastic sensor that are sruck right to left in the back side of the printer. Then put off iron rod into the ink cartrige carrier. Then try to put off cartrige carrier from the printer ( where the carrier is parked). Then look the belt in the back of the cartrige carrier. Then replace it .

You might wanna try removing and reinserting the cartridges and make sure that they are properly fitted in.
Sometimes cleaning the cartridge and the carriage where you took out the cartridges from with a damp lint free cloth does the trick.
If you still have that message, open the cartridge access door.
If the carriage is stuck at the right side of the printer, move the carriage to the left side by hand. If it's stuck on the left side, try moving it by hand in the right side of the printer. Then while the printer is turned on, unplug it from the wall outlet and then plug it back in.
If the printer does not turn on, use the power button.
Try printing again.

Hello,go to back side of printer & open the flap u will found two serews open them push the tray & open the two locks at right & left bottom then back pannel will come out.pullout the white strip where the power connector inserted you will find fuser connector (black,white wires)open 4 screws on which fuser wire attached detach two connectors situated right side wall of printer& you will find a teeth lock on the bottom side of fuser press the two leavers & pull outwardly & also pull out the unit outwardly & do as viseversa for fixing the unit.

this is due to toner drop on the lens area... to clean the lens area..open the front cover and pull the lever on the right side..then open the side cover by the side of the printer... there will be a cleaner for you to pull out and forth...pull out and push back in few times to clean the lens...
then try to print see if there is improvement on your print out.

Clean inside printer using cleaning rod. Open front cover, pull out lever on right side to open access window on right side (outside) of printer. Pull out and push in cleaning rod several times.

1. open your printer cartridge drum cleaning blade unite wast toner clean.
2. open two side from your cartridge left side and right side
3. open plastic cork
4. filling toner
5. assembling again
6. start print

From right side of fax, open the toner door, remove the crg.unit, and look for paper, if not also from left side open the door and check for paper or broken parts in fixing unit.

Just in front of the machine on your right...open the grey panel or follow the instruction manuel on www.brother.ca

Open the front door. On the right side of the printer a small door will open. Inside is the cleaning rod. Pull it all the way out and push it all the way back a good 20-30 times. Try again. See if that helps.
