Go bac k to tgheir website and ask for the name of the ACTUAL manufacturer that made it. THEY DIDN"T. THey just sell things under their name. The original manufacturer will have a manual you could use either mailing it to you or downloading the information. Don't let Ikea snow you, they know who it is, after all they had to order tons of them on a contract!
