Bluetooth connection to my LG Renoir KC910

I'm not able to make a bluetooth connection from my mobile to my computer (LG PC Suite) If I try to connect via bluetooth I receive the message "No aplliances found" I assume that bluetooth has automatically been installed on my computer with the installation of LG PC Suite. In LG PC Suite I tried to find the procedure for installation bluetooth on my computer but I can not find it. Can somebody help me. Regards, Ad

Go into control panel, click on bluetooth icon. Tick box 'allow bluetooth devices to find this computor.

Switch on bluetooth on phone and search for new devices. Message on computor, a device is trying to connect. click on message enter code, 0000. enter same code on phone when prompted (be quick).

Start LG pc suite, connection wizard, click bluetooth then next, enter code 0000 when prompted.

Look at phone enter same code, 0000, when prompted and hey presto all will work.

Hope this helps

The LG PC Suite doesn't install bluetooth on your computer, the only way to get bluetooth on your computer is to buy a bluetooth USB stick which you plug in. Your only option at the minute is to use the cable provided.

Transfer files from lg kc910 to the PC

The easiest way is using bluetooth, but if your computer doesn't have it you can also use an adapter and transfer it via de micro-sd card.

How can I setup KC910 Bluetooth modem on my Notebook PC?

Depends what you want to do - if you're just moving files you don't need the PC suite...

Under Connectivity in the Settings screen, set the 'USB Connection Mode' to 'Mass Storage' and then when you plug the phone in to your PC the external drive will appear as another drive as if you'd plugged a USB stick in.

If you really need the Suite (and if you can avoid it: do - it's rubbish) I think you need to go here: http://uk.lgmobile.com and download the support tool, then you probably get the chance to download the PC Suite.

Hope that helps.
