If your CD is not working, then use a computer that has a working CD and copy the files off this CD disc to a USB flash memory stick. Then insert this USB memory stick into your computer that has the faulty CD drive and install the software from this USB flash memory stick.

What drivers are you looking for? Curtis/Sylvania has support including a manual for your MP3 on their site here http://www.curtisint.com/web/search-Result.asp?search=smpk&p=3 but there are no driver downloads available and I'm wondering if that is what you are actually needing... Whatever you'd need should be in the installation CD that came with it. If you lost the installation cd you might be able to order one from the site above (there's a phone number on the page too).
